Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 bunch pumpkin flower


  • 1 cup besan


  • 1/2 tsp ajwain


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala pwd


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 lit oil for frying

Directions

  • Wash the flower clearly and drain the water
  • In a mixing bowl take besan and mix all ingredients except oil and chaat masala
  • Heat oil in a wok
  • Take one petal of flower and dip it in a batter and deep fry it
  • Take out in a plate and sprinkle chaat masala and serve it with sauce
