Wash palak properly, chop.
keep aside.
Take a vessel add chopped palak, water, termaric, salt, cover, let it boil for 5minutes.
Take frying pan, heat pan and put oil , after heating oil add red chilli pieces, green chilli pieces, onion pieces, garlic cloves, fry 1 minute, now add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, Hing.
After crackled add in boiling palak , now add tamarind pulp.let it boil about 10minutes, in summer flame. Meanwhile take 2tbsp of water in a small bowl, add besan, mix well. Pour besan batter in boiling palak pulusu.let it boil 1minute, remove from flame. eat with rice, roties...🙂
