  • 1 cup broken chuarey

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 lit milk

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 2 tbsp Chopped nuts (badam, kaju, pista)

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • Coarsely grind chuarey in grinder do not over grind
  • Heat ghee in a wok and roast grinded chuarey in it
  • When it slightly changes colour and nice aroma comes than add milk in it and let it simmer on low flame
  • Let it covered
  • When all the milk absorbed and chuarey get softened than add chopped nuts and cardamom powder and serve it
