put all the ingredients for Dal in pressure cooker
Cook till 4 whistles check if done if not cooketill done on low flame
add beaten curd and reduce the heat and let it cook on sim gas add water if needed
in a pan add oil butter lightly Fry Ginger remove it from gas and add degi mirch make sure it does not burn
add tomatoes cover and cook till oil separates
Add all seasonings and add this Tadka to dal
if Dal is thick add water cook for another 5~7 minute on slow gas
taste and balance in last boil add cream or Malai and served hot with naan
