  • Besan 1 cup


  • Water 1 cup


  • Sugar 1 spoon


  • Salt 1 spoon


  • Red Chilly powder 2 spoons


  • Turmeric powder 2 spoons


  • Coriander powder 1 spoon


  • Coconut (dry) 1 cup


  • Onions 1 cup


  • Oil 1 spoon


  • Garam Masala 1 spoon


  • Coriander 1/2 cup

Directions

  • IN A BOWL TAKE GRAM FLOUR(BESAN).
  • THEN ADD RED CHILLY POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER,SALT AND WATER.
  • MAKE A DOUGH.
  • THEN ROLL ROTI OF IT.
  • CUT THEM IN DIAMOND SHAPE.
  • HEAT OIL IN KADHAI.
  • HEAT OIL IN KADHAI.
  • ADD MUSTARD SEEDS.
  • ADD HING.
  • ADD TURMERIC POWDER.
  • ADD ONIONS
  • ADD GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
  • ADD COCONUT.
  • ADD WATER.
  • ADD RED CHILLY POWDER
  • ADD CORIANDER POWDER.
  • ADD SALT.
  • ADD SUGAR.
  • ADD GARAM MASALA
  • ADD THIS DIAMON SHAPE
  • COOK IT FOR SOMETIME AND SERVE IT WITH PARATHA.
