For poori, make a dough of all poori ingredients.Cover it & keep aside.
For alu sabji, heat 1teaspn oil, add panch foron seeds & green chilli.Let it crackle.
Then add chopped boiled potato, salt & turmeric powder.Cook it for 2 to 3 mins.
Then add 1 cup hot water & cook it another 5 mins.Its ready now.
Now take a small portion from poori dough, roll it with help of roller pin & deep fry it.
Full plate is ready.Serve it hot with any of your favourite sweet.
