  • For poori... Wheat flour...1cup


  • All purpose flour...2cup


  • Palak paste...1cup


  • Asafoetida...1/4teaspn


  • Cumin powder...1tspn


  • Salt...1/2teaspn


  • Oil...2tspn


  • For alu sabji... boiled potato...3


  • Panch foron seeds...1tspn


  • Turmeric powder...1teaspn


  • Salt...1teaspn

Directions

  • For poori, make a dough of all poori ingredients.Cover it & keep aside.
  • For alu sabji, heat 1teaspn oil, add panch foron seeds & green chilli.Let it crackle.
  • Then add chopped boiled potato, salt & turmeric powder.Cook it for 2 to 3 mins.
  • Then add 1 cup hot water & cook it another 5 mins.Its ready now.
  • Now take a small portion from poori dough, roll it with help of roller pin & deep fry it.
  • Full plate is ready.Serve it hot with any of your favourite sweet.
