Puree Avacado till lumps disappear, add Vanilla Essence and melted butter to puree
Soak Quinoa in water for 15 minutes then boil for 10 minutes or until you see the rings around them.
Remove Quinoa from pot and strain then empty into the Avacado batter.
Mix Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, salt, sugar and yeast in a separate bowl
Add Flour mixture to Avacado puree and mix till it turns into a gooey dough
Leave to rise for 20 Minutes then cut into four pieces.
Shape each pc into a roll and place in respective pans.
