Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • 4 Cups Flower


  • 2 tsp Baking Soada


  • 1 tsp Salt


  • 3/4 Cup Butter


  • 1 pk Yeast


  • 1 Cup Quinoa


  • 1 Ripe Avacado


  • 4 tbsp Sugar


  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence

Directions

  • Puree Avacado till lumps disappear, add Vanilla Essence and melted butter to puree
  • Soak Quinoa in water for 15 minutes then boil for 10 minutes or until you see the rings around them.
  • Remove Quinoa from pot and strain then empty into the Avacado batter.
  • Mix Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, salt, sugar and yeast in a separate bowl
  • Add Flour mixture to Avacado puree and mix till it turns into a gooey dough
  • Leave to rise for 20 Minutes then cut into four pieces.
  • Shape each pc into a roll and place in respective pans.
