  • 200g besan

  • 100 g powdered sugar

  • 100 ml desi ghee

  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder


  • Place a non sticking pan on a medium flame
  • Add desi ghee..let it become warm .
  • Add besan and let the besan roast..go on stirring till the besan starts giving a nutty aroma .
  • Go on stirring it , till the ghee starts coming out from the sides.
  • Allow it to cool now
  • Add the cardamom powder and powdered sugar and mix it throughly in the roasted besan .
  • Also add the almonds coarsely ground
  • Now grease your hands and make small balls of this besan mixture
