Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 200g besan

  • 100 g powdered sugar

  • 100 ml desi ghee

  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder

Directions

    Place a non sticking pan on a medium flame

  • 02

    Add desi ghee..let it become warm .

  • 03

    Add besan and let the besan roast..go on stirring till the besan starts giving a nutty aroma .

    Go on stirring it , till the ghee starts coming out from the sides.

  • 05

    Allow it to cool now

  • 06

    Add the cardamom powder and powdered sugar and mix it throughly in the roasted besan .

    Also add the almonds coarsely ground

  • 08

    Now grease your hands and make small balls of this besan mixture
