Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 litre full fat milk


  • 1/4 teaspoon kesar ( saffron)


  • 2 tablespoon warm milk


  • 1 1/2 tablespoon basmati rice


  • 4 tablespoon sugar


  • 1 1/2 tablespoon almonds blanched n slivered


  • 7.1 tablespoon pistachio blanched n slivered


  • 1 teaspoon ghee


  • 1 1/2 tablespoon charoli


  • 1/8 teaspoon (pinch ) of jaiphal pwd ( nutmeg)

Directions

  • 1.Soak rice in water for 1/2 hr
  • 2.Soak kesar in warm milk for 5 minutes
  • 3..Heat a greased (with ghee )pan n add milk
  • 4. Boil milk till it rises
  • 5. Add kesar n cook for 2 minutes
  • 6. Drain n dry rice in a cloth n mix ghee in it
  • 7. Add rice in milk n cook with continuous stirring till rice gets cooked
  • 8 add sugar almonds pista charoli n jaiphal pwd n mix
  • 9. Boil for 3-4 minutes till it gets slightly thick
  • 10. Serve in a bowl n garnish with almonds n pista slivers
