Ingredients

  • Fresh figs 1 box


  • Sugar 1/2 kg


  • Kova 50gms


  • Water 2 cups


  • Ghee 1 cup

Directions

  • Wash and drain the figs.
  • Fry the figs in ghee.
  • Boil the figs in water
  • After the figs boiled. Add the sugar.
  • And make it boil.
  • After the sugar melts, add the ghee.
  • Stir it continuously to make halwa consistency
  • Fry the nuts in ghee and mix it in halwa.
  • Switch off the flame.
