  • 1 kg Whole wheat flour

  • 200 gm mix chopped dry fruits

  • 100 gm poppy seeds

  • 50 gm desicated coconut

  • 1 kg powdered sugar

  • 5-6 Green cardamom powder

  • 250 gm Clarified butter


  • Take a deep heavy pan heat clarified butter and add Whole wheat flour and roast it till light golden and ghee starts seprating then add chopped dry fruits ,poppy seeds ,desicated coconut and cardamom powder and mix well .
  • Let mixture cool for sometime ,not completely cool.
  • Then add powdered sugar and mix properly and them make ladoo of desired size..
  • now let laddoo to cool completely.
