Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 cup flattened rice / poha


  • 2 onion finely sliced


  • 2 green chilly chopped


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 9 peanuts


  • 5 curry leaves

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
  • add curry leaves, peanuts, onions and salt. saute till onion turns translucent.
  • meanwhile wash poha once and drain all the water.
  • Add some sugar, turmeric powder and some salt and gently mix it.
  • Add green chilly and saute for a minute. Add this poha into the pan and mix it well. cover for 5 minutes.
  • add lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves.
