Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
add curry leaves, peanuts, onions and salt. saute till onion turns translucent.
meanwhile wash poha once and drain all the water.
Add some sugar, turmeric powder and some salt and gently mix it.
Add green chilly and saute for a minute. Add this poha into the pan and mix it well. cover for 5 minutes.
add lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves.
