Ingredients
Serves : 2
3 cups of water and salt, nothing else
1/2 cup rice flour
1 green chilli
1/2 tablespoon gram dal
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon channa dhal
1/3 teapsoon hing
1/2 teaspon salt or as per taste.
oil 2 teaspoons
curry leaves 1/2 teaspoon
coriander 1/2 cup
Directions
First mix in salt and rice flour with water then take a pan add oil and all the tadka mentioned with hing green chilli and curry leaves. Then add the rice flour mixture and cook till it becomes thick ... raw smell should go. Garnish with coriander and serve.
