Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/2 cup maida

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour (aata)

  • 2 tbsp suji

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp red food colour

  • 2 greated boiled potatoes

  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp hing

  • 1 tsp corrainder seeds

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 tsp sounf

  • 2 cup oil

Directions

    Firstly take a vessel add all purpose flour , wheat flour, suji, salt, 2 tbs oil nd water mix well or make a dough

    Now take a wok add 2 tbsp oil now add aesofetedia ,sounf, jeera, corrainder seeds nd crackle them

    After crackling add 1/2 tsp salt, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, red chilli powder now add greated potatoes nd mix well now this stuffing is ready

    Now take a ball size dough make a round chapati

    Now from round cookie cutter cut this chapati in 3 equal size round

    Now from all 3 small size round chapati place on by one in a horizontal way

    Nd fill the mixture

    Add little bit water on corner of chapaties nd stick them very well so that mixture not come out when frying

    Now fold the all 3 stuffed round chapaties together nd make a rose

    Now take a wok add oil for frying .

    When the oil become hot put rose samose on them nd fry on slow flame
