In a heavy bottomed pan add sugar and water .
When it boils add milk to it. Cook for few minutes. If you find any dirt remove it with sieve .
Now add khoya and cook till get 2 string thread consistency known as sheera.
In a pan dry roast sewain till seems light brown and roasted well (aroma appeared) keep aside in separate bowl.
Now heat ghee and fry makhana,then chironji ,and then coconut. Keep aside
Now add sewain in chashni or sheera ,add fried makhana, chironji, coconut to it.
Cook for 5 minute and switch off the flame and cover the lid for atleast 10 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cashews, pistachios and almonds.
