In a mixing bowl add chickpea flour,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,cumin coriander powder,sugar,salt,asafetida,lemon juice,1/4 cup oil,coriander and mix well
Wash the chillies and give a straight cut into each chillies
Remove the seeds and spicy veins with the knife
Now stuff cheakpea masala into all chillies
In a pan add stuffed chilly and 1 teaspoon oil,cover and cook for 5 min.on low flame
Then turn the chillies and again cook for 5 min.
Then serve hot
