Ingredients

Serves : 7
  • 250 grams fresh red big sized chilly


  • 3 cup roasted cheakpea flour


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 tablespoon sugar


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 1/2 cup chopped coriender


  • 1 tablespoon red chilly powder


  • 1 teaspoon turmaric powder


  • 1 teaspoon garam masala


  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice


  • 2 tablespoon cumin_coriender powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon asafetida


  • 2 teaspoon oil for fry chilly

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add chickpea flour,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,cumin coriander powder,sugar,salt,asafetida,lemon juice,1/4 cup oil,coriander and mix well
  • Wash the chillies and give a straight cut into each chillies
  • Remove the seeds and spicy veins with the knife
  • Now stuff cheakpea masala into all chillies
  • In a pan add stuffed chilly and 1 teaspoon oil,cover and cook for 5 min.on low flame
  • Then turn the chillies and again cook for 5 min.
  • Then serve hot
