Ingredients

500 gms chuda/poha/beaten rice
1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cups sugar syrup
1/2 cups coconut milk
1 cups grated coconut
1/4 cups cow ghee
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cardamom powder
10 nos whole cloves
2 tbsp fried cashew nuts and raisins
Directions
Powdered the beaten rice.
Mix sugar and coconut milk .
Take a pan add pepper power, cardamom powder,cloves, cashew, raisins,grated coconut and ghee in the beaten rice powered,mix well by using both your hands.
Now add the mixture of coconut milk and sugar syrup.
Make small balls out of the mixture.The sugar syrup and coconut milk gives binding texture to make balls.
Chudakadamba goes well with Dalma, Chenna and Rabri.
