Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup bikaneri bhujiya


  • 1 chopped green chilli


  • 6-7 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tbsp salt or as per your taste


  • 1/4 turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asafoetida


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala (optional)


  • 1 tsp fenugreek leaves (pan methi)


  • 1.5 cup water

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida.
  • Make semi thick paste of all the dry masalas and saute them for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add 1.5 cups water. boil it. And switch off the flame.
  • After 1-2 minutes add bhujiya and pan methi in it. stir well. Cover it for 2 more minutes.
  • serve imminently with chapati and vegetable rayta. Enjoy ☺
