First of all clean the gavarfali.
Note= If you want you can cut them in half.
Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds asafoetida and garlic paste.
In a small bowl combine red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder and make semi thick paste using 2-3 tbsp of water. saute this for 1-2 minutes.
Add gavarfali, kachri and 1/2 cup water in pressure cooker stir well.
Note= If you want you can boil gavarfali first and then cook it for 5 minutes. Skip the whistle part.
Pressure cook it for 1 whistle.
Serve immediately with curd, bajare ki roti or gehu ki roti. Enjoy. ☺
