  • Chicken- 750gms

  • Onion- 3medium

  • Ginger and garlic paste- 2tbsp

  • Curd- 3/4cup

  • Almond- 10nos

  • Cashew- 10nos

  • Dessiacted coconut- 2tbsp

  • Haldi- 1/2tsp

  • Red chili powder- 1/2tsp

  • Black peeper powder- 1tsp

  • Chopped coriander leaves- 1/2cup

  • Chopped mint leaves- 2tbsp for garnishing

  • Garam masala powder- 1.5tsp


  • Slice onions. Heat oil in a pan add sliced onions and cook uo to brown
  • Again in pan add cashew, almond and coconut and roast for 3 to 4 mins and make a smooth paste
  • Beat curd up to smooth
  • In a big mixing bowl add chicken and clean it properly and make it dry
  • In that bowl add everything and mix properly
  • Keep this aside 3 to 4 hours
  • Heat the onion fried pan and add all the chicken.
  • Cook this up to dry and chicken is cooked
  • Now add 1/2 cup of wate for gravy and let it boil for 3 to 4 mins. ready
  • Serve hot with nan or paratha
