1/2 cup sago soaked for 3 hours.
1 /2 litre milk
5 tsp jaggery
2 tsp chopped almonds
1 pinch cardamom powder.
2 strands of saffron
Directions
Heat milk and bring it to boil.
Add sago and cook till it turns translucent.
Add chopped almonds, sugar and cardamom powder.
Add saffron and mix well.
Serve hot or chilled.
