Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1/2 cup sago soaked for 3 hours.


  • 1 /2 litre milk


  • 5 tsp jaggery


  • 2 tsp chopped almonds


  • 1 pinch cardamom powder.


  • 2 strands of saffron

Directions

  • Heat milk and bring it to boil.
  • Add sago and cook till it turns translucent.
  • Add chopped almonds, sugar and cardamom powder.
  • Add saffron and mix well.
  • Serve hot or chilled.
