Ingredients

  • Pav - 8


  • Couliflower- 3florets


  • Carrot- 2medium


  • Capsicum- 1medium


  • Green peas- 1/2cup


  • Potato- 4 to 5medium


  • Onion- 3medium


  • Ginger and garlic paste- 2tbsp


  • Tomatoes- 3medium


  • Salt- 1/2tsp 1/4tsp


  • Haldi- 1/2tsp 1/4tsp


  • Red chili powder- 1/2tsp 1/4tsp


  • Pav bahji- 3tbsp ya more


  • Butter- 4 to 5tbsp


  • Oil- 2tbsp


  • Cucumber- 1


  • Onion- 1


  • Tomato- 1


  • Lemon- 1/2piece


  • Cumin- 1tsp


  • Chopped coriander leaves- 2tbsp

Directions

  • Cut all the veggies and add in a pressure cooker with salt, haldi and red chili cook for 1whistle
  • Boil potatoes and mash them properly
  • Clean and chop onion and tomatoes
  • Heat oil and butter 2tbsp and add cumin and let it crackle
  • Now add chopped onion and cook up to golden brown
  • Add ginger and garlic paste and saute up to raw smell goes
  • Chopped tomatoes and all the spices and cook up to oil separates
  • At this stage add boiled veggies and mashed potatoes
  • Mix properly and cook for 7 to 8 mins
  • In the mean time chop cucumber, onion and tomato. Sqweeze lemon juice, add salt and chopped coriander leaves and mix and keep aside
  • Cut the pav in half and apply butter and toast on tawa.
  • Serve toasted pav with bhaji and salad
