Ingredients

Pav - 8
Couliflower- 3florets
Carrot- 2medium
Capsicum- 1medium
Green peas- 1/2cup
Potato- 4 to 5medium
Onion- 3medium
Ginger and garlic paste- 2tbsp
Tomatoes- 3medium
Salt- 1/2tsp 1/4tsp
Haldi- 1/2tsp 1/4tsp
Red chili powder- 1/2tsp 1/4tsp
Pav bahji- 3tbsp ya more
Butter- 4 to 5tbsp
Oil- 2tbsp
Cucumber- 1
Onion- 1
Tomato- 1
Lemon- 1/2piece
Cumin- 1tsp
Chopped coriander leaves- 2tbsp
Directions
Cut all the veggies and add in a pressure cooker with salt, haldi and red chili cook for 1whistle
Boil potatoes and mash them properly
Clean and chop onion and tomatoes
Heat oil and butter 2tbsp and add cumin and let it crackle
Now add chopped onion and cook up to golden brown
Add ginger and garlic paste and saute up to raw smell goes
Chopped tomatoes and all the spices and cook up to oil separates
At this stage add boiled veggies and mashed potatoes
Mix properly and cook for 7 to 8 mins
In the mean time chop cucumber, onion and tomato. Sqweeze lemon juice, add salt and chopped coriander leaves and mix and keep aside
Cut the pav in half and apply butter and toast on tawa.
Serve toasted pav with bhaji and salad
