  • 1 litre full cream milk

  • 1 cups home made cream

  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • 15-20 nos saffron strings

  • 6-8 nos almaod,chopped

  • 5-6 nos pistachio,chopped


  • Add cream in milk and boil it until it reduces to half.
  • Then add sugar and saffron strands to the milk.
  • Now cover it with net and keep it in dew overnight.
  • In the morning churn it with the help of wooden whisker till the froth comes upwards
  • Separate the froth in one container, once the required froth is derived garnish it with silver foil, almonds, pistachio and saffron strands and serve it right away.
