Add cream in milk and boil it until it reduces to half.
Then add sugar and saffron strands to the milk.
Now cover it with net and keep it in dew overnight.
In the morning churn it with the help of wooden whisker till the froth comes upwards
Separate the froth in one container, once the required froth is derived garnish it with silver foil, almonds, pistachio and saffron strands and serve it right away.
