Put milk in a heavy bottomed pan and allowed it to boil.
When it starts boiling add the sour curd to it for which it can be curdled and switch off the flame.
Strain the cinema from the whey.
Mash it properly and add all the ingredients to it.
Grease the cake tin with butter paper. If possible use banana leaf.
Pour the chhena batter into it.
Place a tawa on the gas stove in high flame and then place a pressure cooker over it.
Put the tin inside the pressure cooker and cover the lid without the whistle in low flame.
Bake it 45-50minutes in this condition.
Then switch off the flame and after cooling down demould it .
Then cut it into pieces and enjoy it with your friends and family. You may store it also in a air tight container for 2days.
