Clean and cut all the Vegetables in cubed. And keep aside
Dry roast 1tbsp cumin and 2red chili and make a coarse powder
In a pressure cooker add washed dal and all tge veggies and aslo haldi, salt and cook it for 2 whistles.
Let it open naturally
In another kadai heat ghee, red chili and let it change its colour
Now add panch phoran and let it crackle and hing.
Now add boiled veggies and lentil and let it boil.
Now add roasted powder, scraped coconut and coriander leaves and mix
It tastes gr8 with palin rice, khichdi , roti ya paratha
