  • 1/2 cup milk powder

  • 1/2 cup maida

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  • 2 tbsp Chopped nuts

  • 1 lit ghee for frying


  • Mix milk powder, maida and milk and made a smooth batter
  • Keep it covered for 10 minutes
  • For sugar syrup boil sugar and water till sugar dissolve
  • Do not make thread consistency but syrup most be like honey add cardamom powder at this stage
  • Heat ghee in a pan
  • Put one spoon batter in it and deep fry it golden brown
  • Take it out on a plate and dip it in sugar syrup
  • Let it soak for five minutes after that take out on a serving plate and sprinkle nuts on it and serve
