Mix milk powder, maida and milk and made a smooth batter
Keep it covered for 10 minutes
For sugar syrup boil sugar and water till sugar dissolve
Do not make thread consistency but syrup most be like honey add cardamom powder at this stage
Heat ghee in a pan
Put one spoon batter in it and deep fry it golden brown
Take it out on a plate and dip it in sugar syrup
Let it soak for five minutes after that take out on a serving plate and sprinkle nuts on it and serve
