Pressure cook chana dal by adding little water, sugar for 5 whistles.
Mash it using a masher . Add coconut, nuts, cardamom powder, nutmeg and mix well.
Knead maida to a soft dough using some ghee and keep for a minute.
Roll small rotis and stuff puran minxture. Give it a shape of modak and deep fry in ghee.
Serve hot.
