100gm arbi ke patte
1/2 cup besan
1/2spn Salt and pepper or as requested
1/2spn haldi pwd
1 spn garlic n green chilli paste
1/2 spn red kashmiri mirch
Directions
Take a bowl.
Add besan n all the spice's.
Make a thick batter with water
Wash arbi ke patte
Spread besan mixer all over
Put another patta.
Layer it again
Do it 4 times.
Roll the patte n steam it for 15 to 20 minutes.
Then cut n deep fry.
