  • 100gm arbi ke patte

  • 1/2 cup besan

  • 1/2spn Salt and pepper or as requested

  • 1/2spn haldi pwd

  • 1 spn garlic n green chilli paste

  • 1/2 spn red kashmiri mirch

Directions

    Take a bowl.

  • 02

    Add besan n all the spice's.

  • 03

    Make a thick batter with water

  • 04

    Wash arbi ke patte

  • 05

    Spread besan mixer all over

  • 06

    Put another patta.

  • 07

    Layer it again

  • 08

    Do it 4 times.

  • 09

    Roll the patte n steam it for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Then cut n deep fry.
