Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gram karwand deseeded.


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 cup water or as required

Directions

  • Heat water and add karwand in it. Cook till karwand turns soft
  • Add sugar and pinch of salt along with cardamom powder.
  • Wait till the sugar caramelizes and switch of the gas.
  • Serve hot or chilled with roti.
