200 gram karwand deseeded.
1 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup water or as required
Directions
Heat water and add karwand in it. Cook till karwand turns soft
Add sugar and pinch of salt along with cardamom powder.
Wait till the sugar caramelizes and switch of the gas.
Serve hot or chilled with roti.
