  • 2 cups semlina

  • 1 cup curd

  • Fruit salt 1tsp

  • Water 1/2cup

  • Salt 2tsp

  • Onion 1(chopped)

  • Carrot 1(chopped)

  • Coriander leaves 1bunch (chopped)


  • Mix curd and semolina together and add salt . Mix and keep aside for 15minute
  • Heat a non stick pan. Add water and fruit salt to the uttapam batter .Pour a ladle full of the batter and spread slightly.Now sprinkle the veggies on top.
  • Cook for 4mins on one side.Drizzle some oil.Flip it and cook for 2more mins.
