Wash gobi and blanch in turmeric water for 2 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
Add ginger and chopped onion.
Add salt, turmeric powder, tomatoes. Saute for a minute.
Add red chilly powder and cover til gobi turns tender.
Add sabji masala and some water.
Bring it to boil and garnish with coriander leaves.
