Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 cup soaked moong dal with skin


  • 5 garlic cloves


  • 3 green chillies


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 chopped onion


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Grind moong dal, garlic, salt, chilly, coriander leaves together coarsely.
  • Add turmeric, red chilly powder, chopped onion and mix it well.
  • Heat oil for frying and deep fry pakodas till golden brown.
  • Serve with mint chutney
