Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 litre full cream milk.


  • 1 cup sugar or as required


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder


  • 4 kesar strands


  • 2 tsp charoli


  • 2 tsp chopped nuts

Directions

  • Heat milk in a wok and reduce it to half.
  • Add sugar, and rest of the ingredients.
  • Stirr continously to avoid burning.
  • When the consistency becomes thick switch of the gas and transfer it in glass.
  • Garnish with chopped nuts and charoli.
  • Serve hot or cold.
