  • 150 gm masur daal

  • ginger garlic onian paste of 2 onian 1 inch ginger 10 cloves of garlic

  • red chilli powder 1 tspn

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tspn

  • coriander powder 2 tspn

  • salt 2 tspn

  • garam masala 1 tspn

  • oil 10 tspn

Directions

    soak daal for 3 hrs . drain it and grind it

  • 02

    add some salt

  • 03

    let it pour in a greased plate . steam this plate for 15 minuets or till daal cook well .

    now cut into pieces . u may use steamed pieces as well as u. can fry these pieces
