150 gm masur daal
ginger garlic onian paste of 2 onian 1 inch ginger 10 cloves of garlic
red chilli powder 1 tspn
turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
coriander powder 2 tspn
salt 2 tspn
garam masala 1 tspn
oil 10 tspn
Directions
soak daal for 3 hrs . drain it and grind it
add some salt
let it pour in a greased plate . steam this plate for 15 minuets or till daal cook well .
now cut into pieces . u may use steamed pieces as well as u. can fry these pieces
