Heat oil in a non-stick pan
Add the grinded raw mangoes for 3 to 4 minutes
Add in the turmeric and red chilli powder , mix well
After 2 minutes mix in all other ingredients except the vinegar
Saute this mixture in low flame , until oil oozes out.
Lastly add in the vinegar and put the flame off
Vinegar us added in order to preserve the mixture for longer period of time
