  • 2 pcs kingfish large

  • 2 tsps red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2-3 tsp.semolina (Rawa) for coating

  • 1/4 tsp.salt

  • 2-3 tsp. cooking oil (for frying)


  • 01

    Marinate the cleaned fish with salt, red chilli and turmeric powder, let it marinate for about 30mins

  • 02

    Heat the pan and add oil, coat the fish with the semolina and shallow fry in the pan.

  • 03

    Turn the fish over when cooked on one side, and the let the other side cook. The fish is done when the flesh turns white.
