Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Wheat Flour 2 cups

  • Water 2 cup

  • Ajwain 1/4 tbsp

  • Salt 1 spoon

  • Baking Soda 1/2 spoon

  • Oil 1 spoon

  • Ghee 1 spoon

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Dry fruits (Cashews, almonds) 1 cup

Directions

    First make dough for bati. In a bowl take wheat flour, salt, water, oil, ajwain, baking soda and knead dough of it rest it for 5-10 minutes.

    After resting make small balls of it. Take baking tray put aluminium foil on it. Put balls on it and bake it for 10 minutes in microwave at 170 degree.

    After this crush the batis with help of hands or you can use grinder.

    Heat ghee in a pan and crushed batis, sugar and some dry fruits.

  • 05

    Decorate with dry fruits and serve it.
