  • Wheat Flour 2 cups

  • Water 2 cup

  • Ajwain 1/4 tbsp

  • Salt 1 spoon

  • Baking Soda 1/2 spoon

  • Oil 1 spoon

  • Ghee 1 spoon

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Dry fruits (Cashews, almonds) 1 cup


  • First make dough for bati. In a bowl take wheat flour, salt, water, oil, ajwain, baking soda and knead dough of it rest it for 5-10 minutes.
  • After resting make small balls of it. Take baking tray put aluminium foil on it. Put balls on it and bake it for 10 minutes in microwave at 170 degree.
  • After this crush the batis with help of hands or you can use grinder.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and crushed batis, sugar and some dry fruits.
  • Decorate with dry fruits and serve it.
