Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 kg besan


  • 1 kg sugar


  • 800 gms ghee


  • 100 gms curd


  • 100 gms coconut powder


  • 1 tbsp cardamom seeds


  • 1/2 gm saffron


  • 100 ml milk

Directions

  • In a bowl combine 100 gms ghee along with the besan a d rub gently so as to esemble bread crumb texture.
  • In a kadai heat the the remaining ghee add the above besan mixture then add the beaten curd and cook till brown in colour.
  • Prepare suger syrup with equal amounts of water and suger.
  • Cool the syrup and stir in the mix.
  • Pour into a tray and allow to set.
  • Cut into desired shape.
