In a bowl combine 100 gms ghee along with the besan a d rub gently so as to esemble bread crumb texture.
In a kadai heat the the remaining ghee add the above besan mixture then add the beaten curd and cook till brown in colour.
Prepare suger syrup with equal amounts of water and suger.
Cool the syrup and stir in the mix.
Pour into a tray and allow to set.
Cut into desired shape.
