Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Gram Flour 1 cup

  • Curd 1 cup

  • Water 2 cups

  • Salt 1 spoon

  • Red Chilly powder 1 spoon

  • Turmeric powder 1 spoon

  • Coriander powder 1 spoon

  • Curry Leaves 5-6

  • Green Chillies 5-6

  • Hing 1 spoon

  • Oil 1 spoon

  • Mustard Seeds 1 spoon

  • Onions 1 cup

Directions

    In a bowl take gram flour, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, water, curd and make batter of it.

    Heat oil in pan and crackle mustard seeds, hing, green chillies, curry leaves, onions and saute them well.

    Now add batter, red chilly powder, coriander powder, salt, water and cook it till it gets thick.

    Serve it with bhakri or rice.
