Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1/2 cup grated beetroot

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp gram flour

  • 2-3 tsp wholewheat flour

  • 1 pinch cumin powder

  • 1 green chilly chopped

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside.

    Heat oil on a non stick pan. Apply some water on palm and make thalipeeth in between hands.

    Place thalipeeth on tawa and using fingers make it bigger.

  • 04

    Make some holes in the thalipeeth and cook on both sides by adding some oil.

  • 05

    Serve hot.
