1 litre milk.
1 cup rice grains soaked for an hour
1/2 cup chopped almonds
4 saffron strands
1/2 cup sugar
1 pinch nutmeg powder
1 tsp cardamom powder
Directions
Take milk in a wok and reduce it to half.
Coarsely ground rice grains and transfer in the milk.
Add sugar , chopped nuts, nutmeg and cardamom powder
Add saffron and cover. Cook till rice is cooked.
Serve hot or chilled.garnish with almonds.
