2 cup mawa.
2 tsp ghee
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 cup wholepurpose flour
1 pinch nutmeg powder
1 tsp cardamom powder
Heat ghee and add chopped nuts , saute for a minute and add mawa or khoya.
Add nutmeg, cardamom powder and mix well. Stir till you get a crumbled mixture.
Knead dough with some ghee and wholepurpose flour. It has to be soft.
Roll small roti and stuff the mixture, give it a shape of modak and deep fry.
