Ingredients

  • 2 cup mawa.


  • 2 tsp ghee


  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts


  • 2 cup wholepurpose flour


  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Heat ghee and add chopped nuts , saute for a minute and add mawa or khoya.
  • Add nutmeg, cardamom powder and mix well. Stir till you get a crumbled mixture.
  • Knead dough with some ghee and wholepurpose flour. It has to be soft.
  • Roll small roti and stuff the mixture, give it a shape of modak and deep fry.
  • Serve hot.
