Take sorgum floyr and rice flour in a big bowl with a pinch of salt and start kneading it by adding water.
We need the dough to be semi soft.
Once the dough starts coming together use bottom of the palm to put pressure on dough and continue this for 5 minutes.
Divide it into 4 equal halve and roll thembetween your hands to make a dish.
Remember there should not be much delay in making dough and then bhakari.
Take a flat dish and put the bhakari on it, using hands make it bigger in size.
When griddle is hot put this bhakari and cook on both sides.
Wet your hands and apply it all over the bhakari. Cook it for a minute.
Serve hot.
