In a mixing bowl add hung curd,sugar,cardamom powder and mix well
In a pan add ghee,and byline vermicelly mix well and roast till brown on low flame
Then add condensed milk and mix well
Then in any shape mould press this vermicelly mixture and give a bowl shape and cool it for 5 min.In fridge then demould it
In serving dish put vermicelly bowl add shrikhand,sprinkle coloured vermicelly,and chopped dryfruit
Garnish with pomegranate seeds
