Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup hung curd


  • 1 tablespoon sugar powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom.powder


  • 1&1/2 cup nylone vermicelly


  • 1 teaspoon ghee


  • 1/4 cup condenced milk


  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds


  • 1 teaspoon chopped almond


  • 1 teaspoon coloured vermicelly

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add hung curd,sugar,cardamom powder and mix well
  • In a pan add ghee,and byline vermicelly mix well and roast till brown on low flame
  • Then add condensed milk and mix well
  • Then in any shape mould press this vermicelly mixture and give a bowl shape and cool it for 5 min.In fridge then demould it
  • In serving dish put vermicelly bowl add shrikhand,sprinkle coloured vermicelly,and chopped dryfruit
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds
