Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 tsp gram flour


  • 1 cup sour curd


  • 2 green chilly slit


  • 4 curry leaves


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 2 garlic cloves crushed


  • 1 inch ginger crushed


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves and green chillies.
  • Add ginger and garlic. Saute for a minute.
  • Whisk in curd and gram flour with turmeric powder, salt. Transfer it in the pan and keep stirring.
  • Add 1 glass of water or as required. Bring it to boil and serve hot.
