In a mixing bowl add ghee and ice cube and mix well till ghee became fluffy
Then add maida and mix well
Then add chilled water and make semi liquid consistency batter
Now heat the ghee in a deep bowl then pore the ghever mixture in middle of pot 1_1 drops continuously
Then let it cook till light pink
Then remove from ghee
Let it cool
Then garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle coloured vermicelly and almond
U can pore sugar syrup also
