Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup maida


  • 1/2 cup ghee


  • 2&1/2 cup chilled water


  • 4_5 cube ice cube


  • 1 cup whipped cream


  • 1 teaspoon coloured vermicelly


  • 4 cup ghee for frying


  • 2 tablespoon almond

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add ghee and ice cube and mix well till ghee became fluffy
  • Then add maida and mix well
  • Then add chilled water and make semi liquid consistency batter
  • Now heat the ghee in a deep bowl then pore the ghever mixture in middle of pot 1_1 drops continuously
  • Then let it cook till light pink
  • Then remove from ghee
  • Let it cool
  • Then garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle coloured vermicelly and almond
  • U can pore sugar syrup also
