Heat oil and add mustard seeds. when it crackle add ginger garlic paste. wait till raw smell goes away.
meanwhile grind roasted onion with coconut to smooth pase by adding little water. transfer it into the pan and mix well.
Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder and jackfruit pieces. cover for a minute and mix well.
add 1 glass of water and allow it to cook untill jackfruit turns tender.
Finaly add garam masala powder and coriander leaves.
