Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and let it crackle.
Add poppy seeds and some chopped onion. add salt and wait till it shrink in size.
add some ginger garlic paste , turmeric powder and red chilly powder. mix it well.
when the mixture is cooked stuff it into the tinde and reserve the extra masala.
heat remaining oil in a wok and add mustard seeds.
transfer onion and wait till it turns translucent. add the tinde and turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder and cover with a lid.
when tinde turns tender add a little water and cook for 5 minutes.
