Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1/2 cup suji


  • 1/4 cup ghee


  • 1/4 cup rose syrup


  • 1/4 cup sugar


  • 1 cup warm milk


  • 1 tablespoon chopped rose petals


  • 3 drops rose emulsion

Directions

  • In a pan add Suji and ghee mix well and roast on low flame till aroma come out
  • Then add milk stir till milk absorbed
  • Then add sugar and rose syrup mix well till sugar melt
  • Then add rose emulsion mix and let it cool
  • Then press this suji mixture in modak mould
  • Demould it in serving dish and garnish with chopped rose petals
